Warranty
Parts, materials, and labor by York Lock and Key have a limited 30 day warranty.  Any money returns, replacement or additional repair will only be done with the original receipt or invoice.  Any modifications by the customer to the parts or material will void this warranty. If specific instruction on how to care or use the part or material was given and not followed by the customer York lock and Key reserves that right to deny a warranty. York Lock and Key reserves the right to remove this warranty from any job prior to completing it. York Lock and Key is not responsible for any damage done during the job if the locksmith advised the customer of the risks involved. There is no warranty on used parts or any parts that York Lock and Key did not provide.
Items left at York Lock and Key
We are not responsible for any items left at York Lock and Key after 30 days. The customer must advise en employee that an item is being left at our office and must provide a name and  accepted form of communication. We reserve the right to refuse taking any items into our office.
